At Hershey's Y&S Lancaster plant, you will help keep a high-speed manufacturing operation running safely, reliably, and in compliance with environmental requirements. You will operate and support the waste water pre-treatment and reverse osmosis water systems, coordinate defined technical work, and partner with plant operations, engineering, maintenance, EHS, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Your work will protect plant continuity, the surrounding environment, and our ability to make more moments of goodness. What will you do?
Minimum Requirements
Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in waste water treatment, water systems, environmental compliance, industrial utilities, manufacturing operations, or a related technical field. Education: Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering or a related technical field preferred.

Benefits may vary based on role, location, and eligibility. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $80,720 to $100,900per year. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of jobrelated factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training.
