Delivery Driver - Medical Equipment

We are currently seeking a Customer Service oriented individual to join our team!

• Work directly with medical professionals and physicians to facilitate patient care

• Contact patients to confirm equipment is working correctly and account information is correct
• Troubleshoot and help with product installation via telephone
• Follow up on daily troubleshooting and customer retention reports
• Program and ship units out daily
• Clean and sanitize returned units to be repackaged
• Monthly inventory and product demo tracking

• Basic typing, clerical data entry
• Working knowledge of Microsoft, Word, Excel, and other programs
• Basic phone skills
• Technical equipment skills
• Attention to detail

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), orone to three months related experience and/or training, orequivalent combination of education and experience
