Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Experience working with metal products preferred
• Background in metal fabrication, machine operation, welding, or sheet metal production is a plus
• Blueprint reading experience preferred

• Operate manufacturing and fabrication equipment
• Assist with metal fabrication, assembly, and production processes
• Perform grinding, deburring, finishing, and quality checks on metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Assemble mechanical and metal components according to specifications
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Metal Manufacturing Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
