Job Title: Program Manager V - Trust & Security Programs
Duration: 12 Months (Potential for extension)
Location: US Remote
About the Team
We build the AI agent products that employees use to get their work done. We're building towards a world where agents do most of the work and people direct, review and improve it. Our trust team makes sure those products ship fast and ship safely. We work every day with product, engineering, privacy, security, legal and risk partners across the company.
The Role
Our trust program carries a lot of recurring work: incidents to track to closure, a weekly operating cadence to run, and product reviews to prepare and route. Today that work competes with the judgment calls only our product leads can make.
This role takes it on. You coordinate and track, and the product leads decide. You'll know you're succeeding when nothing waits on someone remembering it, and when product teams tell us our process helped them ship.
What a Typical Week Looks Like
- Early in the week, you sweep the tracker and chase the items missing an owner or a date.
- Midweek, you send agendas and pre-reads for the weekly forums and prepare materials for upcoming reviews.
- After each forum, you send notes with decisions and action items within one business day.
- On Thursday, you draft the weekly program update for the product lead to review and post on Friday.
- Throughout the week, you take in new incidents, route product teams to the right review, and follow up on open actions.
Key Responsibilities
Incidents
- Take in trust, privacy and security incidents for our products as they open.
- Track each one to closure against a named owner and a date.
- Keep the status of longer-term fixes current after an incident is mitigated, and raise recurring patterns to the product lead.
Execution Cadence
- Run the team's operating cadence: a weekly core team meeting and a biweekly cross-functional leadership forum, with agendas, notes, decisions and action follow-through.
- Keep the program tracker accurate, with a current owner, next date, dependency and evidence on every row.
- Track roadmap milestones against named owners and raise slippage early.
- Draft the weekly program update and run the logistics behind each forum.
Reviews and Escalations
- Route product teams to the right internal review on time, across privacy, security, data and AI risk reviews.
- Track the review pipeline and prepare review materials before each review date.
- Record decisions and their conditions where the next person can find them, and follow up until the conditions are met.
Tools
Google Docs, Sheets and Slides; Workplace; an internal task tracker; Slack; and internal AI assistants for notes, drafting and tracking.
Team Structure and Collaboration
You'll report day to day to a trust product manager. You'll work closely with engineering leads, other product managers, and partners in privacy, security, legal and risk teams across the company.
Deliverables
- A weekly program update draft, ready every Thursday.
- Agendas before each forum, and notes with decisions and action items within one business day after it.
- A current program tracker and decision log.
- A review pipeline view, with materials ready before each review date.
- A short runbook for each recurring process, kept up to date.
Your First 90 Days
- By week 4: You've taken over the forum logistics and notes, and every tracker row has an owner and a next date.
- By week 8: You're drafting the weekly update on your own and running incident intake end to end.
- By week 13: You're running the review pipeline, and the runbooks for each process are written.
