Position Summary

The DCRS Inbound Correspondence Team is seeking an experienced Python Developer to build and maintain enterprise document capture and processing applications. The ideal candidate will have strong Python development experience with Machine Learning, document processing, DevOps, and production application support.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain enterprise document capture and processing applications.

* Develop and integrate Machine Learning models supporting document processing and automation.

* Implement document-processing capabilities utilizing OCR and Deep Learning technologies.

* Support application performance, scalability, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

* Apply DevOps practices to application build and deployment processes.

* Develop and maintain technical and design documentation, including UML diagrams.

* Collaborate with Agile team members to deliver solutions within established timelines.

Required Qualifications

* 5+ years of Python development experience, including experience with Machine Learning.

* Experience building and deploying enterprise document-processing or document-management applications.

* Hands-on experience with OCR, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning models.

* Strong understanding of logging, caching, transaction management, multithreading/concurrency, performance tuning, and application monitoring.

* Experience creating technical design documentation using UML.

* Working knowledge of DevOps build and deployment processes.

* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Qualifications

* Experience with Camunda or workflow automation technologies.

* Knowledge of Agile project delivery processes.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to develop, review, and provide feedback on technical documentation.

* Detail-oriented and process-focused.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

* Strong accountability for meeting project commitments and delivery dates.

* Knowledge of banking or financial services processes.

Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000 a year
