Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Digital: Microsoft Azure; Power BI; AI Agent; PL/SQL Roles & Responsibilities Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, or hyperscale cloud services. Experience supporting large-scale cloud infrastructure or cloud-service programs across multiple regions. Knowledge of enterprise regulatory compliance, privacy, security, and data-governance requirements. Experience conducting or synthesizing Voice of Customer research for enterprise products and services. Experience developing and executing Go-To-Market strategies for technical products or cloud services. Familiarity with generative AI and Microsoft Copilot, including using AI agents to improve program and operational workflows. Experience managing executive-level business reviews and developing leadership-facing materials. Proven success operating in highly matrixed, globally distributed organizations.
