You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including Creative, Digital, and external agency partners-to turn marketing logic into compelling decks, plan photoshoots, track campaign assets, and keep projects moving efficiently from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative & Production Coordination: Support end-to-end production logistics, including photoshoot preparation, model/crew coordination, and asset handoffs with internal creative and digital teams.
  • Digital Asset & Campaign Execution: Ensure timely delivery and quality control of localized digital assets, copy, and promotional materials across relevant touchpoints.
  • Cross-Functional & Vendor Liaison: Facilitate day-to-day communication with internal stakeholders (full-time staff, consultants, freelance teams) and external creative/media agencies.
  • Operational & Administrative Support: Manage workflow documentation, track artwork approvals (AW), raise and follow up on purchase orders (POs), and monitor campaign budgets and expenses.

  • Beauty & Trend Expertise: Deep personal passion for cosmetics, skincare, and beauty culture, paired with an intuitive grasp of Gen Z digital subcultures and consumer behavior.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to interpret sales and market data, organize insights logically, and translate them into polished presentation decks (Keynote, PowerPoint, or Google Slides).
