Unleash Your Creativity as a Social Media Content Creator

We are searching for a highly creative and skilled individual to join an Integrated Marketing Team, reporting to the Senior Social Media Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of crafting engaging videos, graphics, and diverse multimedia assets that captivate audiences across various social media platforms. Your expertise in social-first video editing and graphic content creation, combined with a keen understanding of the latest social media trends, will be instrumental in developing visually compelling content that directly contributes to the success of marketing campaigns and amplifies the brand's message. What You'll Do

• Utilize in-app and external video editing software to expertly edit and enhance video content, ensuring high quality and visual appeal.
• Cut, trim, and assemble footage to produce visually appealing and coherent video narratives that resonate with target audiences.
• Design and produce compelling social-first graphics, including static posts, carousels, GIFs, engaging thumbnails, and simple motion graphics.
• Adapt videos and graphics for optimal performance across diverse social media platforms, adhering to each platform's specific requirements and best practices.
• Stay continuously updated on the latest features, trends, and emerging best practices across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Review creative briefs thoroughly to gain a deep understanding of campaign goals and target audience insights.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Social Media Manager and Social Media Manager to generate innovative creative ideas and concepts for video and graphic content that align seamlessly with marketing objectives.
• Partner with the creative studio and other team members to ensure the delivery of cohesive and impactful multimedia content across all campaigns.
• Proactively manage and prioritize tasks to consistently meet project deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency while operating in a fast-paced and evolving work setting.

What You'll Bring

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in content creation, with a specific focus on short-form or social-media-centric video and/or graphics.
• Demonstrated ability to capture high-quality photos and film videos using both smartphones and professional cameras, in studio and field settings.
• Proficiency in a range of video editing and graphic design software, including in-app programs and the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Adobe Premiere Rush, Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design), Filmora, or equivalent industry-standard tools.
• A strong understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices for maximizing content engagement.
• A truly creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively and generate fresh, outside-the-box ideas.
• Comfort and confidence being on camera and speaking in front of the camera.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the proven ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, fostering effective teamwork and idea sharing.
