Engagement Manager

5+ years of progressive professional services experience or equivalent education and experience.

Industry-domain knowledge aligned with the supported workflow.

Demonstrated ability to independently run small to medium-sized projects or a defined workstream.

Experience managing delivery governance, schedules, scope, financials, resources, risks, issues, change, reporting, testing readiness, go-live, and closeout.

Strong customer-facing communication, collaboration, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Proven ability to drive complex issues through analysis and resolution.

Working knowledge of Scrum, ITIL, and the Now Create methodology; Scrum and ITIL certifications are optional.

Required certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow certifications aligned with the supported workflow are preferred.

Ability to apply AI tools under guidance to streamline workflows, generate insights, and support strategic initiatives.

Understanding of core AI concepts, ethical considerations, and platform capabilities, with the ability to explain customer applications with support.

Ability to travel up to 50%.

Salary Range: $140,000-$160,000 a year.
