Job Description
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Java and automation frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, or JUnit for web-based banking applications. Perform complete testing lifecycle activities including test planning, test case design, automation, execution, defect tracking, retesting, and regression testing. Validate banking and financial workflows including payments, transactions, customer onboarding, lending, digital banking, and regulatory compliance requirements. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, and Azure DevOps to support continuous testing. Analyze test results, identify defects, document findings in tools such as JIRA, and work closely with development teams to drive issue resolution and improve application quality. Preferred Experience: QA/Automation Testing experience within banking, fintech, or financial services environments. Strong knowledge of Java, automation frameworks, API testing (REST/SOAP), SQL, and Agile methodologies. Salary: $75,000 to $120,000
