Air Products has an immediate opening for a highly motivated individual looking to become anOutside Sales Representativein Tampa Bay, FL.

In this role, you'll learn about a wide range of industries that rely on industrial gases and develop targeted sales strategies to effectively grow those markets. You'll focus on Microbulk, an alternative supply solution to traditional industrial gas delivery methods.

This position focuses on B2B sales of cryogenic gases, including nitrogen, oxygen, and argon. The Sales Representative will travel locally throughout the assigned territory using a personal vehicle to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Make informed business decisions
• Maintain accurate and timely sales reporting
• Build and strengthen prospect and customer relationships
• Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
• Apply strong financial acumen to sales activities
• Drive new customer acquisition
• Meet or exceed assigned key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure timely and efficient execution of new account setup

Qualifications:

• 4-year degree (Prior experience in outside B2B sales may be considered in lieu of Degree)
• Highly teachable and desire to learn, technical background a plus
• Ability to work independently
• Strong desire to be in outside sales
• Retain a positive demeanor
• Ability to overcome objections
• Comfortable conducting face to face cold calls
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Must maintain a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to access and safely operate a reliable personal vehicle on an ongoing basis.
