Your role Are you ready to shape the future of industrial bolting and drive profitable growth? As our Product Marketing Manager - Industrial Bolting based in Rock Hill, SC, you'll lead the strategy and development of the Chicago Pneumatic Tools industrial bolting portfolio across North America. You'll combine your knowledge of industrial markets, customers, applications, and competitors to identify new opportunities, shape go-to-market strategies, expand channel partnerships, and strengthen our value proposition. Working across sales, marketing, product management, and global teams, you'll have the opportunity to influence our product direction and help take our industrial bolting business to the next level. Your day-to-day Own the go-to-market strategy for the industrial bolting portfolio, including product offering, positioning, pricing, sales enablement, channel development, and marketing programs. Identify market and customer opportunities through Voice of Customer insights, competitive analysis, industry trends, and product and technology gap assessments. Drive profitable growth by developing new channels, strengthening existing industrial partnerships, and supporting lead generation and customer engagement initiatives. Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into action, develop compelling value propositions and selling tools, and enable teams to successfully bring the offering to market. Measure business performance using sales pipeline, bookings, revenue, margin, and market insights to evaluate results, identify gaps, and adjust strategies to achieve growth targets. Your skills and experience 5-7 years of relevant experience in product marketing, product management, sales, or business development within an industrial market; experience with industrial bolting applications is preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered. Strong commercial and technical understanding with experience developing go-to-market strategies, value propositions, pricing, and sales enablement initiatives. Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and global teams. Customer-focused, analytical, and results-driven, with the ability to turn market insights and business performance data into actionable growth strategies. Your job location This position is located at our Rock Hill, SC Customer Center Office and operates on a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week.
