Description Patient Care Technician at Providence Mission Hospital Laguna Beach , CA. Positions available are either full or part-time on Night shifts. Under general supervision by the RN, the Patient Care Tech II is responsible for providing basic nursing care for in-patients and out-patients as needed, within their specified area(s) (see below). The Patient Care Tech II is responsible for collecting and reporting of information to the supervising RN and completion of all patient care related documentation. Patient Care Techs are assigned as follows: Emergency Services - basic respiratory, cardiology, nursing care, phlebotomy, assists with orthopedic devices and procedures (infant, child, adolescent, adult, geriatric).
