Job Summary

Altice USA is looking for a talented and motivated leader to join our team - someone who is passionate about driving business insights and analytics and who can effectively communicate their findings to cross-functional leadership and stakeholders in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical problem-solving skills, a keen attention to detail. The candidate will need to prove their ability to lead a team of analysts who can quickly synthesize data and draw meaningful conclusions, specifically focused on KPIs that drive success in customer service and customer retention . This role will drive accountability and prioritization to ensure we are focused on high impact areas that yield business performance. Finally, the role requires you to collaborate with both technical and non-technical folks and have the ability to adjust communication style across different audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for leading a team of analysts to identify to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform opportunities to improve customer interactions and reduce churn
  • Establish a culture of collaboration and excellence within the team with a focus on action, urgency, and discipline to support data-driven decision making and performance measurement
  • Align with Business and Product Owners on the key performance indicators (KPI) to drive the business
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, establishing and meeting of stakeholder objectives up to and including Executive level.

* Utilize problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail to draw meaningful conclusions and recommend innovative solutions to complex problems.

  • Responsible for supporting analytics to strategic business initiatives across the B2B customer care and retention organization that are in support of our strategy and business performance expectations
  • Partner with Finance, Marketing, Product and other cross functional units as needed to ensure we translate business needs into prioritized actions, KPIs and execution of plans

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of relevant employment experience
  • Analytical mindset and ability to synthesize complex information, connect ideas with data and present in digestible, easy to understand format
  • Ability to build and develop a team into future leaders with proven experience building a culture of data-driven decision-making, action, and delivery
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and Google Big Query. Knowledge of Python preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to lead adaptively through complex and ambiguous problems and situations
  • Ability to act as a change agent and challenge the status quo; drive transformational change, sponsor change initiatives, and enable others to innovate
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and effectively manage and meet multiple, simultaneous deadlines with minimum assistance
  • Proven executive presence, strategic capabilities, effective collaborator, and superior influencing skills

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $155,509.00-$222,156.00/year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
