Product Analyst - (Product Analyst - Blood)

WellSky is seeking an exceptional, driven, and experienced Product Analyst to contribute to delivering world-class clinical software solutions for our clients. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with development teams, regulatory, and other internal and external stakeholders to define and document requirements, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and industry standards. To excel in this role, one must be a perceptive and reliable problem-solver with strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

A day in the life!

  • Lead scrum team ceremonies and facilitate collaboration needed to deliver committed features and software.
  • Manage requirements in JIRA, ensure availability to scrum team, collaborate and track prioritization and adhere to agile development principals with support from the Solution Manager.
  • Maintain current solution documentation and support compliance processes.
  • Gather success criteria data and report on solution metrics, KPIs and client adoption.
  • Demonstrate and effectively articulate current and emerging solution features and functionality to internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders, create user stories based on defined requirements for small to medium size projects that follow standard practices or guidelines.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Medical Technology (MLT/MT or related field), and/or comparable laboratory technology experience in blood banking.
  • 2-3 years of experience working with products/solutions in an Agile scrum environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in healthcare information technology, project management, or consulting.
  • Experience using WellSky Transfusion (HCLL).
  • Experience using JIRA, Miro, Viso or other solution mapping or development documentation tools and system.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic differentiators into innovative and detailed product requirements.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to understand complex business problems; strong bias towards data-based decision making.
  • Creative thinker who thrives solving challenging process problems with software solutions.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work across functions.
  • Nimbleness and comfort with ambiguity, and agility to respond to evolving market threats and opportunities.
  • Team oriented and proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
