JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Vehicle Spectrum Dominance Department in the Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) at Penn State University is seeking a motivated, self-starting Applications Developer to join our team to design, develop, implement, document, and maintain software applications, test, debug, install, and modify new or existing applications, and design and implement new features and/or integrations for existing software. This position would work out of our State College, PA office. ARL is an authorized DoD SkillBridge partner and welcomes all transitioning military members to apply. This job will be filled at the advanced or senior professional level, depending upon the successful candidate's competencies, education, and experience. Typically requires an Bachelors' degree or higher plus four years' related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience for the advanced professional level.
