General Summary

In anticipation of possible openings throughout the academic year and summer sessions, a pool of qualified persons interested in non-tenure-track teaching positions is maintained. Applications are accepted continuously for part-time, non-tenure-track positions and reviewed as vacancies become available. There may not be an actual vacancy at the time you apply.

Individuals will teach various undergraduate laboratory and/or lecture courses in the School of Biological Sciences.

Required Qualifications

1. A conferred Master's degree in Biology or a closely-related field is required to teach undergraduate courses.
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
3. Proficiency with computers.
4. Candidates must be able to demonstrate oral proficiency in the English language as a requirement for this position, as mandated by state law.

1. Prior experience instructing at the college level.
