Role Summary:



  • Drive Audi Brand performance in the Region, including Region market share, Achieve sales, After Sales, Customer Satisfaction & Profitability objectives for Region's retail business
  • Represent the Region to corporate in decision making & strategic planning
  • Develop a high-quality Dealer Network with a focus on weather resistance to future trends
  • Develop a high-quality Field team to support the development of future business models.


Role Responsibilities:



  • Achieve Sales, After Sales, Customer Satisfaction & Profitability objectives for Region's retail business
  • Translate Region objectives into Area targets for both retail vehicle sales & After Sales
  • Prioritize objectives & activities of Region staff. Work with Region Sales & Marketing General Manager to develop regional incentive programs; manage program against budget
  • Participate in CTM meetings as required; provide feedback on how corporate strategies & programs are working in field. Provide input into corporate-level objectives & strategy setting (e.g., Sales targets, Marketing strategy, After Sales)
  • Direct all activities relating to Dealer Network development for Region
  • Actively participate in Dealer improvement initiatives when necessary
  • Develop regional Modern retail strategy
  • Act as a contact for Regional Dealer Advisory Council
  • Ensure close & effective coordination among Field team
  • Select, develop & evaluate Field team.

Qualifications

Required Experience:



  • 12+ years of related experience


Education - Required:



  • Bachelor's Degree


Education - Desired:



  • Master's Degree

Salary range is dependent on factors such as geographical differentials, industry-based experience, skills, training, credentials, and other qualifications.

In the state of California, the salary range is $184,800 - $303,400.

In the state of Colorado, the salary range is $168,000 - $275,800.

In the state of Washington, the salary range is $184,800 - $303,400.

In New York City, the salary range is $201,600 - $331,000.

In Westchester County, the salary range is $201,600 - $331,000.

In the state of Rhode Island, the salary range is $168,000 - $275,800.
