Your responsibilities will include thorough documentation and billing, proactive care coordination with interdisciplinary teams, and effective caseload management. Additionally, you'll ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintain clinical competence, and actively contribute to performance improvement initiatives. Candidates should hold a valid license to practice in Oregon, have clinical experience, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's Degree - BS, MS or Doctorate in Physical Therapy Required.Graduate of a program approved by the Committee on Accreditation in Education of the American Physical Therapy Association. Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire required.Must be a team player and have proven success applying team approach to obtain resolution to an issue. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, problem solving, decision making and organizational skills for working with the rehabilitation team and patients. An ability to prioritize and multi task while working in a high volume multidisciplinary setting. Demonstrates competency by implementing age, culturally sensitive, and developmentally appropriate treatment plans and by appropriate documentation.Holds a valid Physical Therapy license to practice in the state of Oregon or is license eligible.
