Control Account Manager (CAM)

Spectra Tech, Inc. has an immediate need for a Control Account Manager (CAM) in Mercury, NV.

Work with CONTRACTOR to acquire planned resources, staff, materials, and equipment to complete subproject 020 scope.

• Develop planned construction schedule with resources
• Develop Material Take-Off confirmation report
• Develop Subproject 020
• Provide monthly cost, schedule forecast, and status reporting, supporting Earned Value Management System (EVMS) variance analysis to CONTRACTOR as needed
• Develop Sub-Contractor EVMS cost, schedule forecast and status reporting capability and reporting structure
• Provide Monthly EVMS Reports
• Manage and control costs for assigned Control Accounts, including issuing, and closing charge codes, reviewing, and approving monthly costs and accruals, and addressing incorrect charges
• Provide Monthly Reviews and Reports
• Develop recovery plans and proactively engage in project execution to ensure project stays within cost and schedule commitments
• Maintain and develop recovery plans
• Assure work, as single points of contact for assigned scope, is properly planned, resource loaded and scheduled with clearly defined deliverables and assumptions correctly identified
• Maintain and develop monthly schedule
• Ensure deliverables are defined in the schedule to fully complete the assigned scope
• Provide monthly accountability reports

Education and Experience: BS, previous experience as a CAM and DOE 413.3B experience.
