Summary

Responsible for:

Incident resolution
Customer support for all live ServiceNow (SNOW) modules
Request evaluation and completion
Participation in ServiceNow system upgrades and/or patches
Participation in small or mid-sized optimization efforts

Certificate Inventory and Management
Forecasting for Projects (Discovery), Experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
Upland RightAnswers migration to ServiceNow KB
ServiceNow Upgrades

Upcoming Projects:

Agent Chat, Agent Workspace, and Virtual Agent
Release Management

Requirements Educational Requirements

Degree/Diploma Obtained	Program of Study	Required/ Preferred	and/or
Bachelor's	Preferred

Additional Requirements

Will accept 5+ years of experience in lieu of degree
