Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success:




  • Audit Compliance & Certification

    • Maintain and update SQF documentation and procedures.
    • Lead SQF audits and ensure readiness for certification and recertification.
    • Serve as the SQF Practitioner and primary contact for food safety compliance.
    • Prepare and Lead all quality audits.




  • Quality Assurance & Control

    • Develop and implement quality control procedures for printing and die cutting operations.
    • Monitor production processes to ensure product meets specifications and standards.
    • Investigate and resolve quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances.


  • Process Improvement

    • Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with production and production teams to implement corrective actions.
    • Lead root cause analysis and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) initiatives.


  • Documentation & Reporting

    • Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
    • Prepare quality reports for management and customers.
    • Ensure traceability and documentation compliance with SQF and customer standards.


  • Training & Leadership

    • Train staff on quality procedures, SQF standards, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
    • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the facility.
    • Supervise quality department employees and coordinate cross-functional quality initiatives.




Qualifications

When your expertise drives us:




  • Degree in related Field Preferred (Quality Management, Food Science, Engineering etc..)
  • SQF Practitioner Certification Required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in printing or packaging.
  • Strong Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety regulations.
  • Experience in ISO standards and Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong emotional maturity level and tactfulness.
