Position Overview Provide telehealth therapy and support services for adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges. You'll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team while delivering services remotely via secure platforms. Core Responsibilities 
      Provide individual, family, or group therapy via telehealthComplete assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing documentationOffer case management and community support, as neededAssist clients in developing coping strategies, wellness routines, and supportive connectionsCollaborate virtually with clinicians, nurses, healthcare providers, DCFS, law enforcement, and community partnersParticipate in remote team meetings and clinical case staffings Education and Experience 
      Master's degree in counseling and guidance, social work, vocational counseling, psychology, pastoral counseling, or family therapy is requiredPossess the education/experience to be able to function as a QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional), with the ability to obtain certification or licensure within 2 years are requiredThe ability to function as LPHA (with credentials as a LCPC or LCSW), and previous experience working with the target populations, are highly recommended.
