PLC is seeking a dynamic and engaging licensed child/adolescent Clinical Psychologist to join our team of Independent Contractors! Service delivery includes: in-person service delivery at our Lancaster, California Clinic Location. Experience testing and working with individuals with ASD is highly valued.

Summary:

CONTRACTOR will complete psychological assessments, testing, and reports on designated clients for PENNY LANE. The Psychometric and diagnostic tests will be appropriate for each client based on the symptoms indicated on the client's referral for psychological testing.

CONTRACTOR will counsel clients and families regarding the purpose of testing and evaluation.

CONTRACTOR will review the results of the evaluation with the client's therapist and with the client/caregiver, as requested.

CONTRACTOR will collaborate with other members of the clinical team for coordination of ongoing client care.

CONTRACTOR agrees to perform service delivery of psychological assessments and follow up appointments in accordance with agency, county, state and federal guidelines.

CONTRACTOR will document all services provided in accordance with Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (DMH) regulations and Penny Lane policy and procedures. This includes completing progress notes in the format defined by PENNY LANE's management and utilizing PENNY LANE's internal chart software.

CONTRACTOR will attend meetings with PENNY LANE's Quality Improvement Supervisor, Assistant Regional Manager, and Clinic Regional Director, as requested.

Requirements:

Minimum requirements for Psychologists contracted with PENNY LANE CENTERS is as follows:

• Active unrestricted licensure as a psychologist in California.
• Report from National Provider Data Bank indicating no restrictions on practicing.
• Responsible for acquiring and maintaining liability-malpractice insurance with a limit of at least $1,000,000 (one million dollars) per occurrence and at least $3,000,000 (three million dollars) of aggregate coverage.

**Bilingual Spanish a plus and receives a $10.00 per hour additional differential.

Position Location: Lancaster, CA

Position Status: Contractor

Salary Range: $130 per hour.

Seeking Psychologist Coverage for 1-2 full days per week. Flexibility offered to work within our stated Clinic hours.

Clinic Hours: Monday and Friday 8am-6pm, Tuesday-Thursday 8am-7pm
